Additionally, this program aims to teach self-regulation techniques that can assist you in navigating critical or emotionally challenging life circumstances. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about psychedelic neuroscience and psychological mechanisms. They will experience the power of sacred plant medicines and psychedelics, which are undergoing extensive research and legalization efforts globally. Serving as non-specific amplifiers and pattern disrupters in our brain, they enable a profound connection with our true essence, catalyzing deeply heart-centered transformation and mental well-being. 

As you initiate the process of shedding your old skin, we will embark on a journey to unveil your inherent core values, aligning them authentically with your loving being. Through guided death & rebirth ceremonies, complemented by indigenous rapé, sacred plant medicines, and empathogens, we will open a sacred space for you to let go of what no longer serves you in a deeply energetic, and spiritual way. Psychedelic facilitation carries the value of dozens of therapeutic sessions. They allow people to look behind their own minds, changing deeply rooted core values and narratives, which in many cases are not even self-defined. With developmental bodywork practices and optional womb healing with vulva mirror work, we nurture a space for mindful healing, acceptance, and self-love. These private ceremonies will occur within the comfort of your own home, providing a safe and secure environment where you can fully relax without concerns about transportation or other people. Your safety and comfort are a priority during this whole journey. You will be gently held in a safe space, while you uncover the layers of yourself. These rituals empower you to reemerge into this world as the loving and divine woman you are. 

Every sacred plant medicine or psychedelic experience has to be accompanied by psychological integration, enabling you to make sense of the journey and integrate its insights into your conscious understanding and everyday life. This integration process is the cornerstone of long-term transformation, guiding you towards positive growth and resilience in all aspects of your being. 

The Empowerment Awakening Journey is a private 1:1 program consisting of 28 hours. It is a blend of online sessions for education and integration, and in-person sessions for ceremonies (+/- 10h each). A total of 5 sessions will be part of your journey. This journey is a deeply transformative investment in yourself that can unlock the results of more than a dozen psychological sessions. It includes onboarding, medical screening, psychosomatic coaching, sound bath, optional womb healing, psychedelic education, 2 ceremonies, integration, and a psychedelic user guide, all for 1.560€ . · Psychedelics for Transformation & Psychedelic Neuroscience: Explore the profound impact of psychedelics as catalysts for healing and transformation. Understand how these remarkable substances rewire our brains and reshape our internal narratives, leading to profound shifts in behavior and well-being. Enter the realm of psychedelic neuroscience, gaining insights into the mind-body connection on psychedelics. Together, we'll create a personalized path for your psychedelic healing journey, tailored to your unique preferences and needs. 

· Mango Framework:  Inspired by the Hindu Goddess Ambika, the Mango Framework offers a holistic approach to self-discovery and empowerment. Rooted in Motivation, Alignment, Nourishment, Guided Psychedelic Journey, and Orientation, this framework serves as our compass throughout the program. Peel back the layers of your being to uncover your core values and ignite a journey of profound transformation and self-realization. 

· Rapé Ceremony:  Sourced from powerful plants, Rapé is a blend of finely ground tobacco and medicinal plants, known for its spiritual and grounding properties. The application encourages focused intention, bringing clarity and a heightened sense of awareness for yourself and your emotions. 

· Psychedelic Death Ceremony: With all the input gathered from our previous moments together, you will enter the psychedelic space to reassess previously discussed storylines of yourself from another perspective. Find out if the narratives you hold are really your truth. Find out who you are under all these constructed layers. Guided psychedelic journeys foster trauma release, breakthroughs, and aha moments. 

· Integration of Session 2: Integration involves reflecting on the insights gained, processing emotions and memories that may have surfaced during the psychedelic experience, and integrating newfound perspectives and behaviors into everyday life. This can include making lifestyle changes, shifting perspectives, improving relationships, and pursuing personal goals aligned with the insights gained from the psychedelic experience.

· Shadows of the Feminine: You will learn the foundations of Shadow Work and about reclaiming expulsed parts of yourself. Investigate the hidden, denied, and suppressed in your body or sexuality and bring it to the surface to heal wounds and trauma. We will practice embodied self-authenticity and powerful feminine tantric body awareness.

· Psychedelic Rebirth Ceremony with optional womb healing work: This journey will specifically focus on empowering your feminine. It is about not internalizing the feeling that others project onto you, but celebrating your own beautiful life energy.  We will work on the energy flows of your Sacral Chakra, which is responsible for sensuality, sexuality, emotions, pleasure, and creativity. A mirror-work vulva exploration can be part of this journey, where I will assist you back-to-back to discover the flower of your life. 

· Integration of Session 4: Reframe how you approach your own femininity. How do you want to enact self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-expression?  What sexual desires are present for you? What does it mean to you to be an empowered female? How can you heal the shadows of your feminine?

· Deepening of frameworks for specific client needs: This final session will focus on handing the client self-practice tools for implementation of new insights out of the psychedelic journeys. We will revisit the client's storylines and close the program's container celebrating the empowerment awakening initiated within the client.
